These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Composio (the "Service"), owned and operated by Sampark Inc., doing business as Composio ("Composio," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at https://composio.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not access or use the Service. Enterprise customers are governed by separate Enterprise Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or possess the legal authority to enter binding agreements on behalf of your organization to use the Service.
3. Modifications
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and modifying the "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
4. License to Use the Service
Composio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Connect AI agents to third-party applications
- Utilize authentication and integration infrastructure
- Access APIs and SDKs for agent development
- Manage integrations via our dashboard
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Create harmful or malicious agent behavior
- Reverse engineer or compromise systems
- Spam, harass, or abuse others
- Violate third-party application terms
- Share credentials or unauthorized access
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Securing your account credentials
- Providing accurate, updated information
- Ensuring agents comply with third-party terms
- Protecting sensitive data
- Monitoring agent activities for proper operation
7. Billing and Payment
- Payments are monthly or annual via our billing system
- Plans have defined limits; overages incur additional fees
- Generally, no refunds, though billing issues can be discussed
8. Data Ownership and Privacy
- You retain ownership of your data
- You grant us a license to process your data to operate the Service
- Data exchanged with third-party apps is governed by their terms
- We implement standard security practices (see our Privacy Policy)
9. Intellectual Property
- You own your developed AI agents
- Composio retains rights to all its technology and platforms
- Feedback provided by you is owned by Composio
- Aggregated usage data may be used anonymously for improvements
10. Marketing and Publicity
You grant Composio permission to:
- Use your name and logo in marketing and promotional materials
- List you as a customer on our website and communications

11. Third-Party Integrations
- Integrations are subject to third-party terms and availability
- Composio is not responsible for third-party services or APIs
- You are responsible for your agents' compliance
12. Changes to the Service
Composio may modify, suspend, or discontinue Service features at its discretion without liability or prior notice.
13. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability, we make no guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free service.
14. Export Compliance
You must comply with U.S. export control regulations and laws when using the Service.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time upon notice. Composio may suspend or terminate immediately upon Terms violation. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Marketing permissions survive termination unless requested otherwise.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Composio harmless from claims, liabilities, and costs arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Composio's liability is limited to amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months. Composio is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.

19. Dispute Resolution
- Governing law: Delaware, United States
- Informal dispute resolution encouraged first
- Disputes subject to binding arbitration
- You waive class-action lawsuits
20. General Provisions
These Terms represent the complete agreement for self-service users. Unenforceable provisions do not affect the validity of remaining Terms. Composio may assign these Terms without your consent. Waivers must be written.
